What you´ll do
- Perform scheduling aspects of the blending department which includes, but not limited to the following:
- Coordinate between scheduling and packaging departments to develop a batching plan for the blending department on a daily basis.
- Schedule mixers according to business priority.
- Understand, utilize, and schedule appropriate batch sizes and formulas for each mixer.
- Input batch and mixer data into blending batch log.
- Must be efficient in SAP
- Good understanding, knowledge, and troubleshooting skills for P92 SAP version.
- Must be able to utilize SAP for printing batches and backflushing all chemicals consumed by each mixer.
