Payrate $19.66 an hour

Production Helpers Duties:
- Production Helpers must be flexible and adaptable, as they may be required to rotate job assignments throughout production.
- Inspecting Honeybuns as it passes by on the conveyor.
- Reject any damaged or defective Honeybuns.
- Stacking and removing Honeybuns pans to/from conveyor belts.
- Removing Honeybuns/baskets from conveyor belt and place on racks.
- Performs quality control inspection of finished product.
- Ensures that product is loaded onto rack and stacked correctly.
- Maintain a clean work area, dump trash and carry buns to dumpsters.
- Plant Supervisors may assign various other duties.

Responsibilities
- Qualified candidates will have a strong sense of urgency, possess sharp attention to detail and have a desire to be a part of a winning team.
- Previous commercial baking experience including the operation of bread, bun/roll, and/or muffin production with a focus on dough mixing and developing, dividing, and/or oven operation is preferred but not a requirement.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, minimum of 8 hours and up to 12 hours daily.
- Ability to climb fixed and portable ladders to a height of 6 feet.
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs from floor to above waist.
- Ability to wear and use approved, applicable safety equipment, as needed.
- 18+ years of age or older.
