ABM’s Products, Partnerships & Innovation organization drives enterprise transformation—building and scaling technology solutions that unlock growth, efficiency, and competitive differentiation. The Strategic Business Partner team serves as the critical bridge between business strategy and technology execution.
As Director, Strategic Business Partner – Business & Industry (BNI), you will be the primary technology partner to ABM’s BNI industry group - one of the company’s largest and most operationally complex segments. This role will report into the Senior Director who leads the Strategic Business Partner team.
This role is focused on driving technology adoption, operational value realization, and measurable ROI across a distributed field organization. You will work closely with BNI senior leadership to ensure technology investments are implemented effectively, adopted consistently, and continuously improved to meet evolving operational needs.
You will serve as the bridge between the business and technology, ensuring that roadmaps, feature enhancements, and implementation strategies directly enable operational performance.
The ultimate objective: position ABM as the technology leader within the Business & Industry space by ensuring our tools drive real, measurable differentiation in the field.
Pay: $143,500 - $200,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
