THE WORKEnterprise Mission Command and Control (EMC2) is seeking a Business Development Sr Stf to support the Missile Defense Solutions (MDS) program. Reporting to the MDS Sr. Manager, the team member will support Keep Sold and Growth efforts for highly visible and combat proven missile and space defense command and control (C2) systems, and support strategy and business development activities specific to the program.
In the dynamic role you will be responsible for:
• Providing thought leadership to support the development and execution of the Keep Sold and Growth of the MDS portfolio.
• Assessing the missile and space defense customer landscape and develop effective stakeholder engagement plans and supporting material
• Working with the Sr. Manager, Lockheed Martin Government Affairs (LMGA), Program Team and functional organizations to showcase discriminating OneLM missile and space defense command and control offerings to our customers.
• Assessing customer capability requirements and developing compelling narratives around LM missile and space defense C2 solutions.
• Supporting the MDS business portfolio to achieve and exceed orders and sales goals
• Supporting the development and execution of teaming and other industry partnership strategies
• Leading/supporting campaign resource plan development, execution, and management across multiple sources of funding
• Working with the LMGA team to track the budget activities in the DoW Acquisition process, develop white-papers, create presentations, and represent our team in stakeholder engagements.
• As required, communicate with and engage executive leadership and DoW portfolio/program executive leaders for the purpose of building advocacy and obtaining approvals for growth plans and pursuits.
• Creating presentations, executive talking points, and marketing material to optimally communicate discriminating, affordable, and mission relevant solutions to stakeholders across the missile and space defense landscape.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically (25-50%) as needed.

Basic Qualifications:• 8+ years of Missile and space domain command and control experience
• Active Secret clearance required
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with Capture and/or Business Development
• Ability to understand and interpret customer budgets and requirements and relate them back to campaign strategies
• Ability to interact confidently with peers, executives, and both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate teams in pursuit of common objectives
• Strong presentation development and delivery skills
Desired Skills:• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Knowledge of the US missile and space defense mission and enabling kill chains, US missile and space defense stakeholders, adjacent stakeholder landscape, core programs, and enabling technologies
• Familiarity with the LM Win Plan
• Demonstrated ability to form and maintain successful customer relationships
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Very strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and tailor material and messages to a variety of audiences
• Team player, positive attitude, bridge builder who can both follow and lead effectively

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $147,700 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
