Oversee performance of domestic and international supply bases to include performance, quality, affordability, and delivery

Develop and execute strategies to perform and meet the Program’s needs and requirements

Lead robust and challenging negotiations across the supplier base to meet the Program objectives

Lead by influence in a matrixed organization

Have frequent engagement with PMO and our Customer through execution of the contract

Provide accurate forecasting and realization of sales and additional financial metrics
-
Create, manage, and execute MPS (Material Program Strategy and the MPP (Material Program Plan) to enable successful execution of program competitiveness and performance, from the front end of the business through contract closure

Monitor and proactively address performance and financial metrics including those related to cost, schedule, quality, and EVMS

Collaborate with other programs to maximize efficiency of program execution including commonality
-
Provide ownership of the supplier management process including supplier performance, SCM metrics, international issues, Make/Buy Where strategy, strategic agreements, and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Minimum 5 years experience in a supply chain role such as procurement, MRP, receiving, cost estimating, and/or finance

Experience with supplier management and/or subcontract management
Qualifications We Prefer

Material sales forecasting experience

Experience negotiating multiple contract types (FFP, CP, etc)

Prior work experience with Earned Value Management, primarily EACs, and its processes, and tools

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
