Job Summary
The Visual ERP Systems Lead serves as the functional owner and primary administrator for the Infor VISUAL ERP system in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for maintaining system configuration, security, master data integrity, and audit-ready setups to support accurate job costing, WIP tracking, traceability, and compliant operations.
This position partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and IT to align ERP processes with shop-floor execution and business requirements. Responsibilities include managing ERP issue intake and triage, troubleshooting and coordinating resolutions, maintaining documentation, and supporting reporting and analysis to sustain system performance and compliance.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
- ERP Administration & Configuration
- Administer and maintain Infor VISUAL ERP configuration, security roles, access controls, and environments (e.g., dev/test/prod).
- Coordinate releases, patches, upgrades, and regression testing; maintain change documentation and runbooks.
- Maintain master data governance for items, BOMs, routings, work centers, customers/vendors, and finance-related tables.
- Cross-Functional Process Support
- Partner with Manufacturing/Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Quality to align ERP workflows with business requirements.
- Support production execution needs including job tracking, scheduling support, and revision-controlled engineering change processes.
- Provide guidance on standard functionality and configuration options; evaluate and document impact of customizations.
- Issue Intake, Troubleshooting & Escalation
- Manage ERP support intake, triage, and prioritization; serve as escalation point for complex issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring data/process/system issues and coordinate corrective actions with IT and vendors.
- Maintain user-facing documentation and support materials.
- Reporting, Data & Integrations
- Develop and maintain operational and financial reporting (e.g., SSRS/Crystal or similar) and support ad hoc analysis.
- Write and validate SQL queries to support data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting requirements.
- Support and monitor integrations with related systems (e.g., MES, timekeeping, PLM, QMS, BI tools) and coordinate fixes/enhancements.
Compliance & Audit Support
- Support audit-ready access controls, retention/traceability requirements, and segregation of duties.
- Assist with internal/external audits through reporting, reconciliations, and evidence collection.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field and seven (7) or more years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL ERP (on-prem or CloudSuite).
- Experience managing ERP systems in regulated or government contracting environments.
- Experience supporting audits (DCAA, internal, customer, or government).
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing, preferred
- Direct experience supporting DCAA audits using Infor VISUAL, preferred

Computer Skills
- Experience integrating VISUAL with MES, PLM, QMS, or time/labor systems, preferred
- Experience with Azure Government Cloud environments, preferred
- Familiarity with DFARS, FAR, ITAR/EAR, and CUI requirements, preferred Prior experience leading ERP upgrades or major system transitions, preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software systems experience required; RAMCO experience preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
- Proficiency in SQL or other structured query languages

USD $113,925.00/Yr.
Maximum Pay
USD $142,406.25/Yr.
