Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for leading all efforts related to establish strong customer relationship, create business leads and sales for Perkins brand diesel engine or CAT brand diesel engine. Our efforts enable us to achieve close customer relationships, account development and market leadership. You will be responsible for planning, setting, and achieving the Business Plan while driving overall sales and Go-To-Market strategies for the responsible accounts to promote the company’s products and services.
What You Will Do:
Build strong customer relationships with OEMs or distributors
Develop a robust pipeline with for future sales of industrial engine.
Ensure OEM Customers have a “Positive Experience”
Serve as the industry expert for Perkins industry engine in the China construction market and mining market
Identify gaps in product offerings and provide voice of customer back to product groups
Responsible for chasing SOW and KBO growth
Responsible for chasing orders for existing flow business and make sure order to delivery could meet OEM expectations

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with OEM engineering team, purchase team, product support team, and internal peers.
Account Management: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing OEMs.
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling engines, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
Additional Information:
Must have a willingness to travel. Typically, 50% of time will be spent traveling domestically.
This role will require working 5 days in the office except business travels.
