The Platform Manager executes platform standards and guardrails defined by the Enterprise Automation Platforms leadership, partners closely with Digital Solutions, Architecture, and Security teams, and ensures operational readiness across environments. - Ensure platform reliability, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain platform runbooks, operational documentation, and support procedures to ensure auditability and support readiness.
2. Governance Execution and Standards Enforcement
- Implement and enforce platform standards, guardrails, and patterns established by Enterprise Automation Platforms leadership.
- Review and approve Camunda platform level changes to ensure alignment with security, compliance, and architectural expectations.
- Partner with Security, Risk, and Architecture teams to ensure workflows and integrations meet firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support platform lifecycle management including upgrades, feature adoption, deprecations, and environment strategy.
Enablement and Cross Team Collaboration
- Partner with Digital Solutions and delivery teams to enable effective and compliant use of the Camunda platform without becoming a delivery bottleneck.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support to teams designing and implementing workflows and decision models.
- Collaborate with shared platform administration resources to ensure consistent execution of operational processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement patterns and documentation as platform adoption scales.
Boomi Backup Responsibilities
- Maintain sufficient familiarity with Boomi platform standards, operational processes, and current state to provide leadership coverage when required.
- Act as the platform Manager for Boomi during planned or unplanned absences of the Boomi Platform Manager, limited to operational decision making, incident support, and platform stability.
- Coordinate closely with the Boomi Platform Manager to ensure shared understanding of platform standards, cross platform dependencies, and current risks, without assuming delivery ownership or solution design responsibilities.
Continuous Improvement and Other Duties as Assigned
- Promote operational discipline, accountability, and platform ownership across teams interacting with Camunda.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform stability, efficiency, and automation through tooling, monitoring, or process improvements.
- Monitor platform usage trends, performance indicators, and operational risks to inform continuous improvement efforts and platform roadmap priorities.
