Job Title: Senior Investor Relations Analyst
Location: New Brighton, MN - onsite
APi is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Analyst to join our Investors Relations team. The role will be a hands-on role within the investor relations team. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities and partners closely with senior leadership to execute all aspects of the investor relations function. The role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, financial acumen, communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
What You Will Do
- Own the development and execution of core investor relations materials, including earnings presentations, scripts, Q&A documents, fact sheets, and investor decks
- Lead preparation and coordination of quarterly earnings releases and earnings calls, including cross-functional input and post-earnings analysis
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation analysis, and market intelligence to support investor messaging and leadership decision-making
- Track and analyze investor ownership, trading activity, analyst coverage, consensus estimates, and market sentiment
- Serve as a point of contact for investor and analyst inquiries, ensuring consistent, accurate, and compliant communications
- Update and maintain investor CRM tool
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Marketing & Communications to support SEC filings, Reg FD compliance, and disclosure controls
- Manage and update investor relations website content and reporting tools
- Support investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings
- Identify opportunities to improve IR processes, analytics, and reporting in a small-team environment
- Requires travel to investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, etc. Travel is approximately 15%
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally supporting a public company
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills
- Understanding of public company reporting, SEC regulations, and disclosure requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience working directly with senior executives
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities with limited resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Benefits and Compensation:
This role will be based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $75,000 - $113,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
