At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Vice President of Integrated Marketing for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of how our narratives, content, and campaigns drive growth across the customer lifecycle — from demand creation and acquisition to adoption, retention, and expansion.
This leader sits at the intersection of brand, demand, field enablement, and scaled growth, bringing together integrated storytelling with data‑driven, performance‑oriented execution. The role combines strategic narrative leadership with a general‑manager mindset, accountable for delivering measurable business impact across segments, geographies, and channels.
The VP will lead a high‑performing organization spanning integrated marketing, scaled growth and customer marketing, and will partner deeply with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Finance, and Regional Marketing to accelerate Talent Solutions’ growth globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Marketing & Narrative Leadership
- Own the end‑to‑end narrative, positioning, and content strategy for LinkedIn Talent Solutions across audiences, ensuring consistency and relevance across 1:1 sales motions, digital campaigns, events, and experiential marketing.
- Develop compelling, industry‑advancing thought leadership and content that creates demand, differentiates our solutions, and elevates the Talent profession.
- Lead the orchestration of multi‑channel integrated campaigns across digital, field, media, comms, and experiential channels.
- Scaled Growth & Customer Marketing
- Set and lead the scaled growth and customer marketing strategy to drive acquisition, usage, retention, and expansion across SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise segments.
- Own strategy and execution across scaled channels (paid media, email, web, lifecycle programs), making clear trade‑offs across segments, geographies, and priorities.
- Apply strong commercial and analytical rigor to optimize targeting, messaging, channel mix, and budget allocation to maximize business impact.
- Field Enablement & Commercial Acceleration
- Equip sales teams with clear narratives, product stories, and tools that accelerate customer engagement and improve value articulation across the funnel.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies are directly tied to commercial outcomes.
- Create high‑impact live and virtual experiences that deepen customer relationships and drive measurable growth.
- Cross‑Functional & Executive Partnership
- Work hand‑in‑hand with Product, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Regional Marketing, Finance, and R&D to build integrated strategies rooted in product truth and customer value.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across the organization, bringing clarity and conviction to complex, ambiguous decisions.
- Partner with top creative, media, and production agencies to deliver world‑class marketing at scale.
- Operational Excellence & Innovation
- Drive operational efficiency across the marketing organization, including adoption of AI and emerging tools to improve speed, quality, and scale of creative and campaign execution.
- Maintain a strong pulse on digital marketing trends, creative innovation, and talent industry dynamics, translating insights into action.
- People Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse organization of senior leaders and individual contributors, fostering a culture of agility, creativity, inclusion, and accountability.
- Build strong leadership bench strength and ensure the organization is structured to deliver outsized impact at scale.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years in relevant marketing roles, including integrated marketing, go-to-market strategy, scaled/digital marketing, and global campaign leadership.
