Job Duties:
岗位职责:
安全：100%严格按照安全操作手册作业，在工作中保证自己和他人的安全及时发现安全隐患并及时的排除。 质量：100％严格按照JIS文件作业，保证生产出合格优质的产品， 流入下一序。 绩效：生产水平和生产绩效合理的控制，生产率达到90%以上 成本：很好控制本岗位的易耗品的使用，对夹具，量具，工具保管和维护，从而使成本大大降低。 设备：100％严格遵守设备操作手册（MOI）作业，每班做好TPM的点检，使设备正常运行，有异常及时报修，确保生产需求。 5S：努力做到5S评定标准，保证设备本身和地面的清洁，本岗物料和其他的工具，量具整齐有序。 标准化：100%严格按照标准化操作，使加工节拍一致，确保物料流。

任职资格:
这个职位要求尊重并执行公司的相关制度及行为准则，对机械知识有一定的了解，认知机械制造原理，中技或以上学历，具有在亚实履带类似的机械行业生产性企业工作经验在一年以上；具有良好的人际关系处理能力，能够和不同背景的人一起工作并进行很好的交流。具有机加工、热处理或装配的工作经验者/有精益生产经验者优先。
