Job Summary:
Caterpillar is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Owner to join the Cat Digital Direct‑to‑Customer product management team, helping shape the future of customer experiences that drive awareness, purchase, and adoption of technology and VisionLink subscriptions across their entire fleet.
Working closely with business partners and peer product, engineering and platform teams, you will lead digital experiences in VisionLink that transform and simplify customers’ day‑to‑day work with utilizing technology and advanced VisionLink feature sets. This begins with developing a deep understanding of user needs, workflows, and business objectives, and then leading integrated, cross‑product initiatives that translate those insights into compelling experiences and well‑defined requirements, continuously validated through user and business feedback.
What You Will Do:

- Provide vision on what is to be built, domain knowledge, and direction in alignment with Cat’s goals and customer value
- Take ownership for the success and quality of your product
- Drive complex, cross-product initiatives by aligning priorities, defining the roadmap, and translating strategy into clear epics and features
- Act as a connection point and orchestrator to integrate and align roadmaps and experiences across dependent product teams.
- Ensure we have deep understanding of users and their processes (triggers, steps, roles, outcomes)
- Help frame and plan new opportunities – articulating the problem or opportunity to be addressed, the impact, and assumptions and risks to be considered/mitigated
- Build tight collaboration and understanding of stakeholder needs and business goals – at times facilitating solutioning and brainstorming activities to transform broad ideas and concepts into clear goal alignment and desired customer requirements/experiences.
- Lead definition of major experience elements – covering the logic, structure, skeleton, and relationships of how an experience should come together across functions/domains
What You Will Have:
