Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Participate in daily and weekly battle rhythm planning, contributing DMHA expertise to boards, working groups, and operational planning activities.
- Draft inputs for strategic documents (e.g., Theater Campaign Order) ensuring DMHA equities are appropriately addressed.
- Submit recommendations for program improvement and address identified operational gaps.
- Support crisis response planning and provide surge staffing to sustain continuity during major emergencies.
- Track and process funding requests for humanitarian and security cooperation initiatives utilizing systems like OHASIS and GTSCMIS.
- Capture and share lessons learned from response operations.
- Support logistics, event coordination (e.g., HART, workshops), knowledge management, workshop facilitation, and development of graphics/infographics for briefings and collaboration.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
3+ years experience interacting with senior military, private sector leaders, and academia.
3+ years experience with non-governmental organizations, public-private partnership development, and civil-military operations.
1+ years experience in conducting and supporting research projects, program planning, civil-military training, and operational coordination.
1+ years experience with USINDOPACOM AOR and DoW Humanitarian Assistance Programs.
IT and Information Assurance certifications (e.g., CISSP, DoD 8570.01‐M compliance) for roles involving system access or information security.
1+ years experience managing complex projects and working collaboratively across organizations and cultures at senior levels.
- 5+ years years of field experience conducting and/or supporting humanitarian assistance and civil-military coordination in international humanitarian crises.
- 3+ years’ experience in military exercises involving humanitarian assistance planning/execution and U.S. interagency coordination and collaboration.
- 1+ years experience developing, delivering, and evaluating presentations/training for military and/or civilian audiences; strong facilitation and public speaking capability.
- 1+ years experience advising and briefing senior leaders in military and/or civilian organizations.
- 1+ years experience drafting AARs, strategic planning documents, and operational correspondence.
- 1+ years experience working for/with humanitarian stakeholders (e.g., United Nations agencies, international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), and/or donor agencies); humanitarian program experience.
- Ability to travel 5-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in disaster management, international relations, public policy, or a related field.
- Experience supporting or advising senior leaders in DMHA, humanitarian assistance, or civil-military coordination contexts.
- Experience in USINDOPACOM or comparable international/regional DMHA environments.
- Experience with facilitating strategic partnerships and collaboration among government, military, and humanitarian organizations.
- Experience in designing or facilitating training, workshops, or exercises for diverse, multinational audiences.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
