Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Systems Project Manager based in Kopperl, TX. The role entails the planning, execution, and management of mechanical system projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, coordinating with various project stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines, providing training when necessary, and maintaining communication across all project phases to ensure success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Budgeting to oversee project scope, deliverables, and cost control.
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making in a dynamic project environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in providing Training and mentorship to team members for project and skill development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kopperl, TX and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and systems, as well as prior experience in mechanical systems and engineering projects, is an advantage.
