Overview of CSCR Division Strategy Team:
The team is responsible for developing, communicating, and executing strategic initiatives for the Customer Solutions Core Regions Division, partnering with commercial and solutions organizations to drive profitable growth. The team serves as a key integrator to translate strategic priorities into actionable business impact by equipping teams with the alignment, clarity, and frameworks they need to execute with confidence.
What You Will Do:
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives to enable the Customer Solutions Core Regions priorities to deliver profitable growth. Define the customer-back problem statement, measurable deliverables, scope, and schedule. Align commercial and MBD SVP sponsors, including regular communication to sponsors and working teams. Work with project team to structure and deliver project workstreams.
- Facilitate the implementation of CI Segment Growth Councils with sales execution teams, including dealer growth plan framework development and coordination of business partner support.
- Apply good business acumen to develop the Differentiated Dealer Capabilities CI Core program. Serve as the point of contact for sales execution teams to train and deploy the program.
- Serve as 4 Disciplines of Execution 4DX Head Coach for 2–3 Vice Presidents and their organizations, driving execution discipline and accountability.

- Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
- Relationship Management: Builds trusted partnerships across internal teams, dealers, and external stakeholders resulting in influencing without authority.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Construction Industry experience
- Proven experience driving disciplined project management, governance, and follow through on strategic initiatives across matrixed teams.
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Ability to innovate across Commercial and Process teams preferred
Additional Information:
- This position requires the candidate to work full-time at the Peoria, IL office. Alternative locations are Dallas/Irving, TX or Cary, NC.
- Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.

- This position will require up to 25% travel (domestic and international).
- This position requires working onsite five days a week.
Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
