Job Description
NBCU’s Commerce Partnerships Team in the Advertising & Partnerships Division is an industry leader in creating personalized shopping experiences for viewers leveraging innovative products and first to market commerce strategies. We strive to create authentic connections between brands and our viewers to achieve maximum impact for brand’s discovery, consideration, and conversion. We work closely with our Sales teams to educate and consult on our full suite of Commerce Partnership opportunities.
As a Commerce Partnerships Specialist, you will be a key player as we create and activate first-to-market commerce experiences that span across all categories and all platforms.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the Commerce Partnership team on all executions from timeline management to creative asset development to tracking financials
- Create compelling presentation materials to educate what the commerce products are and how they come to life in NBCU ecosystem
- Develop and maintain guidelines and product kits for creative executions with new and existing commerce ad products
- Own team meeting notes and circulation of next steps.
- Support Email and SMS marketing strategy and execution efforts, including post-campaign analytics and metrics
- Coordinate the creation and tracking of QR codes across all commerce campaigns.
- Manage commerce pitches and work directly with clients to guide overarching commerce strategies within NBCU content experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years relevant work experience
- Has a passion for the future of advertising, especially where it intersects with content and commerce
- PowerPoint proficiency is a must. Applicant must demonstrate strong ability to present a strategy through visual storytelling.
- High attention to detail and ability to fine tune communications, creative, and process.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook required
- SharePoint and Monday.com experience would be helpful but not mandatory
- Retail or brand marketing experience would be helpful but not mandatory
- Strong organization and project management skills, with an ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who is focused on execution, exceeding expectations, and building authentic relationships to consistently overachieve, no matter the task
- A positive attitude and passion for building businesses; entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter mindset
- Professional communication skills; ability to engage with teams and colleagues across teams and titles
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
Salary range: $65,000- $80,000
