Boeing’s Facilities Maintenance (FM) organization is currently seeking a Senior Facility Maintenance Analyst to join our Facilities Management Center of Expertise (FM CoE) team in North Charleston, South Carolina.
In this role, the Maintenance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting operational excellence within the FM CoE. This position supports defining organizational-wide metrics, standards, processes, training, communication, technology integration, dashboards and data analytics that support overall FM operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Technology Integration:
Evaluate, select, and oversee implementation of FM software and technology platforms that support enterprise operations
Ensure interoperability, data integrity, and compliance with GREF IT policies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill / Experience):
3+ years of experience in data analytics
Experience with process flows
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
Experience in a role that required excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate with and influence people from varying backgrounds, including members of senior leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Experience in a role that required project management skills, training, and a focus on data-driven decision-making
Experience with CMMS systems and data analytics tools

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $118,150 - $159,850
