Lead a multidisciplinary team to include strategy development, internal and external program reviews, and program development through direct customer engagement, supplier management, and program management status reporting

Ensure successful program execution and prioritize resources where necessary and drive execution while meeting strategic objectives

Lead internal reviews and executive briefings pertaining to all pursuits to include Gates, EACs, contract proposals, negotiations and definitization efforts
-
Work closely with the Senior Director to establish a cohesive team that is organized for program success
-
Develop and nurture customer intimacy and relationships
-
Onsite with travel up to 50% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience
-
P&L responsibility of a program experience managing a program from development through production
-
Technical experience within effectors and space domain

Experience managing teams and customer relationships
-
Active and transferrable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on delivery commitments

Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and regulatory topics into clear, actionable messages for leadership audiences including a matrixed environment

Demonstrated experience managing large/complex program execution efforts in development, production and/or sustainment programs in the defense industry

Strong proficiency in developing and presenting Strategic Plans, AOP, Technology Roadmaps, and planning to senior management, and responsibility for executing plans

Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process to include program revenue and profit recognition to minimize risk to the organization

Program Management Level 3 Certification or external equivalency PM certifications, with ability to obtain higher program management certification as required

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
