What You Will Do
-
Understand DCMA Organization structures, functional roles and responsibilities
-
Collaborate with the DCMA to manage and resolve issues as they arise and engage programs and/or other stakeholders as necessary
-
Act as the DCMA Liaison between all functions internally within programs and customers as necessary
-
Lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and implement change
-
Provide leadership to multi-functional teams and key partners to ensure successful execution of programs through fostering and improving customer relationships
-
Support Multiple-Program Disruption activities across multiple programs interfacing with both internal and external customers
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum seven (7) years' experience.

Experience in program management, customer interface, supply chain and/or manufacturing transferable skillsets.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer

Previous experience transforming complex information and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides
-
Experience executing functional responsibilities in support of Development, Production and Sustainment programs

Experience with RTX / Raytheon command media
-
Experience executing contracts with prime and DoD customers. Experience with bids and negotiations.

Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and/or tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement
-
DoD Secret Clearance
-
Experience with programs or presentations
-
Experience with DCMA related FAR / DFARs
-
Experience with AS9100 Quality Management System requirements
-
Experience leading cross-functional teams

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
