Supervise and lead a team of approximately 12 - 18 section members.

The Section Lead role is anticipated to be approximately 15% of the work week, with the remainder of the work week charged to program contracts, within the TSEC organization.

Lead by example, adhere to, and ensure alignment with Raytheon Values and Behaviors.

Ability to support both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis
-
Collaborate with multi-discipline teams in the operation, testing and troubleshooting of systems.
-
Provide independent health checks by evaluating program’s metrics.
-
Involvement in center initiatives.
-
Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Cross Product Team (CPT) / Directorate Leads, as well as other functional management to drive results to achieve program and business unit objectives.

Support TSEC Functional hiring goals as well as leads the onboarding of new section personnel.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.

Minimum of ten (10) or more years of professional electrical engineering design experience or leading electrical engineering designers through the Raytheon design process
-
Experience with electrical engineering design to include troubleshooting, analysis, and test
-
Experience leading teams at a high level.
-
Experience presenting to leadership and peers.
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:

An advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).

Previous experience with career development and personal skills development of team members.

Extensive experience developing TE for production test environments.

Previous work experience developing artifacts as an electrical, software, mechanical, systems or configurable logic.

Advanced experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design.
-
Advanced experience designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed signal, and electrical system interconnect.

Working understanding of the TSEC One Page Process.

Experience working in Agile development process.
-
Experience in a “Customer" oriented environment.

Experience working with Program configuration management principles and tools such as IMS, PMX tools, or tracking books.

Knowledge of business and program improvements through process improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
