Project Coordinator Analyst- Remote - Live in Eastern or Central Time Zone
About The Role
Must live in Eastern or Central Time Zone for this remote role.
As a CBRE Project Coordinator Analyst, you will provide administrative support to the Project Management Team assisting the Project Management Department as needed.
This job is part of the Project Managers function. They are responsible for managing BMS projects in new construction and retrofit buildings.
What You’ll Do
- Supporting multiple Project Managers by collecting and organizing project information
- Submitting documentation for approval
- Filling out AIA Forms and assisting with monthly billings for projects
- Assist with closing out projects, requesting O&Ms & warranty letters
- Ensure all client required paperwork and project recordkeeping are submitted accurately and on schedule
- Play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards
- Prepare and distribute project reports as required, highlighting key milestones, risks and issues
- Handle additional duties as assigned by management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadline requirements
- High level of communication skills required.
- Ensure tracking reports and dashboards are accurate and completed on time.
- Work with cross-functional teams both internal and external to follow up on projects.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in electrical, HVAC, or construction industry preferred
- Familiar with Smartsheet and Airtable’s is an advantage
- Self-motivated and flexible to take on new tasks and assist teams

The minimum salary for this position is 55,000annually and the maximum salary for this position is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates
