What you will do
As a part of the Operation Suzhou team, you will work with colleagues in Suzhou. Together with colleagues in different functions and around the world.
You are the functional leader role to secure a proactive approach when it comes to analyse and coordinate the production planning, capacity for efficient utilization and supply chain optimization.
You will be responsible for overall plant production planning , direct material procurement & raw material warehouse management; Forecast management. Analyse plant capacity and maximize the output by bottle neck identification; Evaluate capacity expansion needs according to business plan. Owner of planning parameters and capacity set up. Control/review and improve raw material inventory accuracy and ITO. Globally, you will coordinate and communicate with other sites within SWEP for CHPL/BPHE supporting/purchasing. Drive data-driven analysis and proposals to support APAC management's S&OP-related decisions, enhancing supply chain efficiency and meeting customer needs.
Your position reports directly to Plant Manager Suzhou.
Your background
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or other relevant Finance or Business-related education. Min 3 years for the position relevant experience. Leadership experience, either in manager roles or leading projects. Previous experience from working within the Supply Chain field. Experience in ERP, Oracle is a plus.
Also, you are excellent in communication and presentation in both Chinese and English. You have the competence of data analysis.
