- Facilitate root cause analysis and promote continuous improvement across the value chain.
Education requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through professional experience.
What skills you will have:

Able to translate business needs into clear, well-structured process models that support end‑to‑end value chain optimization.
Business Process Improvement: Strong ability to assess legacy or inefficient processes, identify gaps, and recommend modern, data‑driven solutions. Focused on driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact across the value chain.
Analytical Thinking: Highly skilled in applying structured problem‑solving techniques, including root cause analysis and cost‑benefit evaluations. Uses data and insights to support sound decision‑making and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Problem Solving: Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams through issue resolution efforts, from problem definition to sustainable solutions. Adept at standardizing problem‑solving approaches to drive consistency and repeatability.
Process Mapping/Flowcharting: Proficient in mapping complex, cross‑functional processes to clearly illustrate workflows, dependencies, and handoffs. Able to simplify complexity and align stakeholders through clear, visual process documentation.
