Roles and Responsibilities
- Connects the enriched forecast product to the end‑to‑end value stream for material demand, ensuring the tool directly supports improved flow, reduced waste, and better SIOP/ S&OE decision‑making
- Acts as chief experimenter using value stream thinking, experimentation, and Kaizen to evolve the product roadmap; designs and runs structured tests with users, learns from data, and rapidly iterates based on user feedback and business value
- Owns the design, build, and rollout of a new enriched forecast digital product as functional owner, in partnership with a dedicated full-time developer and extended, cross-functional team (Services Demand, SIOP/S&OE, Supply Chain, DT, Finance)
- Applies FLIGHT DECK Fundamentals (e.g., Value Stream Management, Daily & Visual Management, Action Planning) to connect the digital product to SQDC improvements in the services demand value stream.
- Translates complex aerospace aftermarket services needs into clear digital requirements (user stories, features, interfaces, data needs)
- Engages with airline customer teams and internal stakeholders to understand field programs, service bulletins, design changes, and their implications for demand and maintenance planning
- Defines and manages product roadmap, release schedules, and feature testing in a modern platform environment
- Partners closely with DT (Digital Technology), product management, and supply chain teams to ensure the product fits the broader GE Aerospace digital ecosystem
- Facilitates cross functional sessions, resolve conflicts, and influence without formal authority to drive alignment and adoption

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent practical experience (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of relevant work experience).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface fluently with both technical (e.g., engineers, DT) and business stakeholders (Supply Chain, Services, Sourcing).
- Demonstrated experience in a complex industrial product or aerospace environment; able to quickly learn GE Aerospace product and digital ecosystems
- Demonstrated project/program management and cross-functional facilitation experience
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Desired Characteristics
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Sciences, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering/digital discipline.
- Preferred: Experience within GE Aerospace (e.g., Supply Chain, Services, or DT)
- Deep understanding of aerospace aftermarket services, including engine workscope definition and planning, engine maintenance manuals, field programs, and airline decision drivers or a demonstrate ability to rapidly learn.
- Knowledge of GE Aerospace product management, supply chain, and digital ecosystems.
- Experience with digital products and concepts such as application architecture, interface design, user requirement gathering, feature testing, and release schedule management.
- PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, resolve conflict, and lead horizontally across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity
The base pay range for this position is $135,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD Annual . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 2/28/26.
