Description:You will be the Project Engineer F-35 Execution - Level 5 for the Combat Data Systems team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineer F-35 Execution - Level 5 you will be responsible for delivering technical analysis and coordination that enable contract success and align with program strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing EV analysis at the contract level and understand impacts to overall engineering
• Understanding and communicating how the technical scope of the contract aligns with the overall program objectives and strategy
• Effectively communicating technical issues to various levels of management while coordinating resolution in parallel through development of closure plans
• Identifying cross-contract gaps and providing recommendation of resolution
• Identifying risks and opportunities and drive the closure plans through technical leadership
• Coordinate with Data Management and technical teams to manage and track CDRL (Contract Deliverable Requirements List) deliveries
• CR (Change Request) coordination - Define need dates, monitor/track status, help push for concurrence as needed, assist with priority calls
• Tracking all software and hardware deliveries to support updates and operations of each Reprogramming Lab

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience
• Project Engineering / Project Management / Technical experience
• EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and/or CAM (Control Account Management) experience
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Training development lifecycles.
• Experience in Reprogramming Lab development lifecycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
