Sr. IT Applications Analyst
This role is primarily responsible for Deployment, Supplier Enablement, Stakeholder management, Catalog Support, grief resolution along with developing and testing Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases in the Americas Region for Caterpillar Indirect Procurement systems.

Expense and Procurement Card Programs
This position will help support the internal Indirect Procurement organization as well as key stakeholders across the enterprise.
People: Works effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
Leadership: No direct reports. Will demonstrate Coupa, ERP, Database, and Project management skills required to collect, compile, assimilate, communicate, and maintain information as required. Incumbent will assess and recommend solutions. Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards within this diverse global organization.
Strategy: Help customers with configuration, deployment, testing, communication, change management, Artificial Intelligence, supplier enablement, catalog support, master data collection, training, troubleshooting, grief resolution and hyper care-related activities

Several years of hands on Coupa Experience
Great attitude to learn and develop AI Models
Experience with ERP systems
Requires effective communication skills – both oral and written
Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and should have a collaborative work style
Should have a great attitude to learn and implement new technologies

Location for this role is Peoria, IL, Dallas, TX.

This role requires 5 days onsite.
10% travel required.

Analyzes code, logs, and current systems as part of advanced troubleshooting.

Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00 - $183,140.00
