Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Integrated Fires Protection Center (IFPC) System Integration & Test program. This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona. Travel up to 25% will be required.
What You Will Do
-
Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test efforts on IFPC in the planning and execution for lab and field test execution.

Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements
-
Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements.

Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.

Create and modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.

Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically for a one or two week durations.

Support Proposal and EAC activities
-
Collaborate and effectively communicate with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

Hardware & Software Integration experience and Integrated Product Team Lead experience.
-
Experience developing test plans and procedures with the use of lab/field test equipment.

Experience evaluating requirements and with Verification and Validation methods.
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Hardware & Software Integration experience, with preference for integration on military platforms.

Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role.

Experience collaborating with program leadership and partner IPT’s.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a high pressure/high profile environment with program leadership and external customers

Experience creating integration and verification strategies
-
Electrical Engineering experience or exposure
-
Experience in RF Datalink Telemetry, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms.

Effectors & Systems of Systems Background
-
Experience is establishing and configuring labs including spread benches, Hardware in the Loop Setups, Microsoft and Linux Servers and emulators

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
