Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator & Video Content Creator to join the Adobe Rock Marketing team and help grow our brand presence. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video content in both short- and long-form formats, as well as managing and publishing content across Adobe Rock’s digital platforms.
In addition to social media and video production, this position will support broader marketing efforts, including print media, in-store and online merchandising, and community events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Content Creation
- Plan, film, and edit high-qualoty video productions aligned with our brand goals
- utilize AI tools and editing software to consistenetly produce engaging content
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts for both short- and long-form video content
Social Media & Digital Management
- Create and manage content across our four brands: Adobe Rock Products, Salt Flat Trading Company, Heritage Homes, and Adobe Brothers Construction
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across our platforms digital platforms (i.e. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok)
- Ensure all content aligns with each brand's voice style, and marketing strategy
- Engage with customes by responding promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries
- Track performance and actively work to grow audience engagement and reach
Additional Marketing Support
- Provide support with in-store merchandising, including product displays and signage, as needed
- Assist with maintaining and updating online merchandising across Shopify storefronts
- Supprt the planning, coordination, and execution oof community and company events as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital media
- Proficiency with AI tools and other platforms used for marketing and content creation
- Experience with video editing, photo editing, and graphic design software
- Hands-on experience managing and posting across major social media platforms
- Strong creativity, organization, and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team
- Portfolio or examples of past work may be requested for candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process
