Who we’re looking for
The Wholesale Parts Senior Analyst is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth in dealer wholesale purchases of Genuine Lexus Parts, with a strong focus on collision centers and independent repair facilities.
This role serves as the subject matter expert and internal consultant for wholesale parts programs, leading strategy, execution, and performance across multiple platforms while managing key business partner relationships. The ideal candidate leverages data-driven insights to develop and monitor KPIs, identify continuous improvement (Kaizen) opportunities, and optimize program effectiveness.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and change management skills are essential to support Area teams, dealerships, and external partners. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can influence stakeholders, lead training initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact while traveling up to 35% for market engagement and on-site insights.
What you’ll be doing
- Drives growth of dealer wholesale purchases of Genuine Lexus Parts, with a primary focus on collision centers and independent repair facilities.
- Serves as the subject matter expert and internal consultant for wholesale parts programs, policies, platforms, and processes across Lexus, Area Offices, dealers, and business partners.
- Leads wholesale collision program strategy and execution across platforms including OEConnection, CCC, Microcat PartsBridge, and RepairLink, managing supplier relationships, statements of work, business partner invoicing, budget planning/ tracking, rebates, and dealer billing.
- Develops, implements, and monitors wholesale Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including reporting, dashboards, objectives, and performance tracking at the dealer and Area level.
- Conducts quantitative, process, and market analysis to identify kaizen opportunities and recommend program, policy, and process improvements to drive sustainable wholesale growth.
- Partners cross‑functionally with TMNA, Toyota, ICX, iTX, ADMI, and external business partners to onboard new partners, optimize programs, and align joint initiatives.
- Leads training, consulting, and change management efforts for Area teams and dealership staff to improve wholesale execution, inventory management, and the guest experience.
- Requires up to 35% travel to practice Genchi Genbutsu (go and see) through dealer, collision center, and independent repair facility visits to gain firsthand market insight and identify improvement opportunities.
- Promotes Lexus wholesale programs through marketing initiatives, Lexus Wholesale Website, dealer websites, newsletters, advisory councils, and industry engagement with insurers and trade organizations.
- Owns Plan‑Do‑Check‑Adjust (PDCA) execution, project reporting, and executive‑level presentations to clearly communicate progress, results, and wholesale market insights.
What you bring
- Education: High School Diploma +4 yrs of experience of parts wholesale and / or automotive industry
- Skills/Hands on Technical proficiency: Microsoft proficient in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Requires up to 35% travel
- A motor vehicle record that’s acceptable by company standards is required for this position
- Valid Driver's License
