Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Flight Operations Ground Support Specialist located in Berkeley, MO.
This exciting opportunity invites maintenance professionals at multiple experience levels to join a dynamic team supporting large business jet programs. You will contribute to aircraft maintenance management, coordinate maintenance activities, and support experimental aircraft modifications while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate, Experienced and Senior Level Ground Flight Operations Support Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate with outside vendors for aircraft maintenance activities; Scheduling planned maintenance and inspections, Scheduling AOG support, Approving work discrepancies, Supervising off-site maintenance work
Perform aircraft Configuration Change Verification, Conformity Inspections, Airworthiness Inspections, Corrective Action and Investigations
Coordinate with engineering companies for aircraft maintenance, repairs, and/or modifications
Maintain all aircraft maintenance logbooks, component change logs and historical data
Perform aircraft FAA Airworthiness Directive (AD) biweekly tracking, research and status sheet currency
Initiate and document any nonconforming materials, hardware, software, tools, parts, assemblies, or portions thereof, according to specifications, processes, and procedures
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
Associate degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance, Maintenance Training or related field
FAA Mechanic certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
At least 1 years’ experience with aircraft maintenance management, including planning and alignment of maintenance requirements and capturing and utilizing maintenance records
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Prefer a minimum of five to eight (5-8) years of experience as a FAA Part 145 Repair Station Lead or Supervisor performing maintenance on complex turboprop and turbojet powered corporate, airline and/or ex-military aircraft
Prefer a minimum of five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience on Bombardier Challenger 604 and 650 series aircraft
Experience maintaining continued airworthiness of Experimental aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations
Experience completing experimental modifications to FAA Part 91 operated aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and engineering orders.
Experience with aircraft maintenance planning

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $78,200 – $105,800
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $99,450 – $134,550
Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 4): $126,650– $171,350
