Program Summary
KBR provides wholesale supply and logistics support, inventory management, commercial and government depot maintenance, and configuration management associated with the Enterprise Base Logistics contract.
Job Summary
Work close with warehouseman to ensure the correct kits are ordered on a weekly basis. Keep track of inventory being delivered from the customer.
Roles and Responsibilities Senior Logistics Clerk:
Coordinate the organization's daily logistical operations, including inventory control.
Review inventory to ensure that product adjustments are properly applied.
Plan and schedule Kits for internal customers based on production needs.
Ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers, by investigating and resolving detention issues.
Run item availability reports daily.
Track kits and parts to ensure all parts are available to complete kits.
Maintain line of communication with the Supply Chain Team.
Maintain communication with Depot/partners.
Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Must be detail-oriented and excellent at following instructions.
Strong multi-tasking skills are required.
Strong communication skills are required.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Knowledge in using Microsoft tools: Excel and Power Point
Knowledge of v-lookups and pivot tables
Knowledge using Maximo
Knowledge with MRO/Impresa-Government System
Basic Qualifications
US Citizen 1 year of experience Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift to 30lbs.
Able to multi-task Strong communication skills
9/80 schedule, M-F (weekends when required)
10 Approved company holidays other duties as assigned.
This position is located in the Utah area. There is no periderm, no uplift, no relocation assistance available.
Excel knowledge -formulas.
