Description:You will be the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the Production Completion Team which is responsible for overseeing the final assembly of aircraft and ensuring all specifications are met.
What You Will Be Doing
As the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing the completion of aircraft, managing personnel, and guaranteeing compliance with customer, engineering, and DCMA requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and oversee final assembly of F‑16 aircraft, ensuring sub‑assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems meet all applicable specifications.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions for subordinate staff.
- Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to maintain compliance with regulations and standards.
- Control project schedules and budgets, preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Utilize CMMS and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and production activities.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
