Job Summary
Caterpillar is seeking motivated high school students from Keller ISD and Arlington ISD to gain meaningful, on‑the‑job experience. This program provides students the opportunity to build on their academic knowledge while developing professional skills in a corporate and production environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale (no rounding)
- At least 16 years old at the time of application
- Currently enrolled as a high school Junior
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be a student in Keller ISD or Arlington ISD (Texas)

- On‑site internship starting September 2026 (6–12 hours per week)
- Locations include Irving, TX and Fort Worth, TX

Summary Pay Range:
$15.00 - $17.50
