Digital, Technology & Distribution (DT&D) is responsible for the oversight and performance of the Cat® Dealer Network, managing the global aftermarket parts distribution network, and enterprise‑wide inbound and outbound logistics. DT&D also leads the development of digital and technology solutions to support dealers and serve customers across all Caterpillar segments
By combining operational excellence with advanced digital capabilities, DT&D plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive the right parts, services, and support—when and where they need them. From optimizing global logistics to delivering innovative technology platforms, DT&D helps drive efficiency, connectivity, and exceptional customer experiences across Caterpillar’s worldwide footprint.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, owning the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle and shaping hiring strategies that attract high‑quality talent. You will build strong partnerships with stakeholders, gain deep understanding of workforce needs, and deliver proactive, data‑driven hiring solutions that support organizational priorities.
This role blends hands‑on recruitment delivery with talent market insight, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while driving efficient, inclusive, and high‑quality hiring outcomes across Cat Technology.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Partnering with hiring managers to advise on recruiting strategies and best practices aligned to business goals, leveraging data and market insights to inform decision‑making
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, offer management, and onboarding coordination
Utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and industry‑leading sourcing technologies to deliver qualified candidates and build robust talent pipelines
Developing proactive sourcing plans to attract diverse talent, managing structured interview processes, and extending offers to selected candidates
Ensuring a consistent, positive candidate & Hiring manager experience while balancing speed, quality, and compliance
What You Will Have:
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders, peers, and partners
Customer & Market Focus: Strong understanding of shifting talent market dynamics and the ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a way that consistently adds value
Candidate Screening: Extensive knowledge of candidate screening and assessment techniques to identify suitability for initial and subsequent interview stages
Candidate Sourcing: Extensive experience using multiple sourcing methods and channels to attract and qualify candidates for immediate and future hiring needs
Staffing & Recruiting Expertise in Digital or Technology Industries: Extensive knowledge of staffing and recruiting standards, processes, tools, and best practices across a range of roles and functions
Workforce Analytics: Working knowledge of workforce and recruiting metrics, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to support business decisions

This position can be located in our Irving, TX or Mossville, IL office
This role requires 5 days a week in office

Summary Pay Range:
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
