We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Partner to join our India Total Rewards Team.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore RMZ Office, KA-India
What you will do
The incumbent would Provide Total Rewards partnership to internal customers in support of employee benefits and wellbeing programs, retirement programs and compensation management. Owns and delivers key rewards programs, works with internal stakeholders & external partners & vendors to drive improvements and efficiencies, develops and delivers employee/ stakeholder communication, and manages rewards projects.
Total Rewards Administration
- Own and deliver key rewards programs, manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits, wellbeing programs, and India retirement benefits while ensuring compliance with policies, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with vendors and external partners to drive improvements, ensure smooth operations, issue resolution, and seamless employee experience
- Partner with internal stakeholders across functional areas such as Finance, Legal, Procurement for seamless Rewards administration
- Lead employee communication on total rewards, driving education, engagement, and issue resolution in line with established guidelines and procedures
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research on total rewards programs to support business and talent imperatives
- Stay abreast of current trends and regulatory developments surrounding rewards plan design and administration
Rewards Process Excellence & Project Management
- Administer regional/global processes and governance while bringing in continuous improvements in line with the enterprise view.
- Structure and drive assigned projects within Total Rewards; Manage timelines, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and vendor performance to deliver project outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and streamline processes through standardization, robust documentation, automation, and governance
- Design and implement reporting frameworks to track and analyse Rewards metrics
- Act as a change champion to embed new processes and ways of working
What you will have
- A university degree and 7-10 years working experience in Total Rewards. Exposure to India retirement benefits is preferred.
- High attention to detail and operational rigor
- Ability to work with and reason through extensive data and metrics
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint; advanced Excel preferred)
- Prior experience in process improvement or operations excellence initiatives is desirable
- Experience with data visualization, digital, and automation tools is a plus
- This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
