We have an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Product Team Lead to join our Test Solutions Center (TSC) directorate in Fort Wayne, IN. Test Solutions is a multi-disciplined organization responsible for contributing to the development of test system solutions for all Raytheon products. Typical teamwork involves designing and developing interface assemblies, selection and integration with test instruments and environments, and test software automation to develop a test system for every Raytheon product including both lab engineering and factory production test systems.
As the Integrated Product Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading highly skilled & dedicated test system engineers accountable for delivering Naval Power Strategic Business Unit (SBU) products and services. The Integrated Product Team Lead and team members will be part of a larger Test Engineering RF Technologies Department serving programs across multiple Raytheon Strategic Business Units.

What You Will Do
-
Lead and influence across functional teams (software, electrical and mechanical engineering)
-
Primary connection between Test Solutions Center (TSC) and Strategic Business Unit (SBU)/Programs
-
Champion SBU/program adoption of common and reusable test solutions
-
Drive SBU/Program Test Roadmap and strategize alignment with TSC roadmap
-
Drive timely and complete proposals for associated test systems work products
-
Ensure test programs are executed utilizing earned value and associated metrics
-
Develop and execute to measurable goals and communicate effectively with the team to ensure alignment with the program, department and center
-
Provide formal and informal performance input on team members
-
Travel as needed to other company facilities, manufacturer/contracting suppliers, and/or industry conferences
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior test systems experience.

Experience with functionalities of Test Systems Engineering including both test hardware and/or software development, integration, verification, and/or validation
-
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) with ownership of cost, schedule, and technical scope within Test Systems Engineering or equivalent
-
Experience with the development, maintenance, and defense of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and/or Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) in program and customer reviews
-
Experience leading a cross functional project/program team

Experience leading customer-facing technical reviews (e.g. SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR)

Experience leading difficult conversations with leadership and/or customer

Experience with Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation for Test Systems Engineering programs

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
