Raytheon’s Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) team in Fullerton, California, is growing! We are seeking highly motivated experienced Scrum Masters to join our RDPL Software Engineering team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology solutions, grow your expertise in the radar domain, and engage in potential travel to support radar site operations. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact.
What You Will Do:
As a Principal Software Scrum Master deliverables include below:

Drive agile practices and principles to improve team efficiency.
-
Lead scaling initiatives across multiple teams to support rapid organizational growth.
-
Design and execute cross-team training to mentor Scrum Masters and upskill engineers.
-
Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
-
Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure the team's backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with project goals.

Proactively resolve impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
-
Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
-
Drive a high-performance culture by implementing more efficient development practices, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) AND a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

Scrum Master certification and experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.

Experience leading Agile scaling initiatives across multiple engineering teams working with radar software architectures and product lines.

Experience designing cross-team training programs and mentoring junior Agile leaders.
-
Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
