Who we’re looking for
Lexus’ Marketing Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Marketing Incentives Analyst. We are a close-knit team that is imaginative, thoughtful, and brave in all that we do and create.
The primary responsibility of this role focuses on Lexus new vehicle incentive program setup and payment, including the successful research and processing of contracts held in dispute with our captive bank. Reporting to the Lexus Incentives Manager, the person in this role will support the Lexus Incentive Department’s objective of ensuring Lexus Financial Services(LFS), and all 244 Lexus Dealers, have access to all available incentives on time each month.
What you’ll be doing
- Primary subject-matter expert for iPlus, our incentive administration system for intracompany payments. Attain expert-level proficiency for monthly program entry to ensure all Lexus New Vehicle incentive programs are accurate and in-market at the incentive period start, while adhering to proper approval and sign-off of iPlus programs, proper record retention and adherence to SOX policies.
- Provide input to the ongoing development, enhancement, and ad hoc bug resolution with IT vendor on the iPlus system.
- Support the resolution of contracts that have gone into dispute status through detailed research. This function requires close coordination & communication with Lexus Area Offices and LFS, and the ability to take action leveraging facts in order to accurately pay dealers and LFS.
- Collaborate with Lexus departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Financial Services, Incentive Administration Group, and Accounting) across the organization to gather and analyze key data ensuring optimal new vehicle incentive performance.
- Challenge assumptions, validate rationale and identify risks and opportunities on how to continuously improve departmental processes.
- Responsible for monthly executive level communication and ad hoc reporting.
- Ensure SOX key controls are documented and performed.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, product, and/or strategic planning
- Strong analytical skills with experience with ability to analyze trends over time
- Skilled in and comfortable with querying and analyzing large amounts of data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, project management, and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
Added bonus if you have
- Alteryx experience or certification
- MBA or CFA
- Experience with Automotive lease and finance contracts
- Experience in either Toyota Motor Sales field operations or automotive retail
