What you will do:
Provides second-level of product support for equipment health, operations and performance issues in the field, including technology solutions. This job is meant to be the expert in the product from the perspective of service and parts compatibility and performance in the field, besides direct support to NPI/ NSI/ NMI support tests and VOC machines operations feedback or product improvement.
Supporting daily operations of technical representatives optimizing equipment performance in the field.
Coordinating program initiatives across the organization for product health and delivered/ perceived quality along lifecycle to meet promised value to customer.
Utilize excellent methodology and knowledge to work on solutions deployment to field issues short, medium and long-term to field issues, taking into account prioritization based on highest safety and commercial impact;
Keep frequent contact to technical representatives, uptime representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication and anticipation of potential issues and CPIs coming from the field;
Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
Measure dealer PS performance and support internal partners (Industries, Districts, Quality, PS platform leads, field teams etc) on improvement action plans and gap resolution initiatives to support parts & service product excellence.
Support NPI/ NSI/MNI programs and APUs with field follow activities and report back to engineering team, measuring, consolidating, deploying new solutions and supporting uptime on Field Follow units, inspections, walkarounds, tests, etc, besides reworking them before sales, once field tests are over.
Lead and coordinate activities and work load of Technical analysts in the field
Skills:
Customer Focus, sense of urgency and high capacity of prioritization
Problem solving profile driven by delivering safety, quality and excellence to customers;
Decision Making and Critical Thinking to plan and take action, project orientation
Leadership and interpersonal relationship building and management, demonstrated by clear and structured communication skills
What You Have:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Language: Advanced English
Experience: Exposure or participation in projects/ activities around product quality, Continuos Product Improvement, Failure Analysis, reliability, product performance and/or application
