We are seeking a motivated and experienced Program Manager Support Analyst to provide integral support to a large division within a major Department of Defense (DoD) program office. The successful candidate will directly assist the Assistant Program Manager in overseeing the cost, schedule, performance, and risk management for projects and programs. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Program Management support, including budget formulation, program planning, and the development of acquisition documentation.
- Monitor task execution, identify and mitigate program risks, and ensure alignment with overall program office processes and procedures.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret program data and documentation with rigorous programmatic detail.
- Assist in tracking and assessing program cost, schedule, and performance, including management initiatives, program integration, cost-benefit analysis, and metric development.
- Perform information gathering, analysis, and preparation of responses for data calls and information requests.
- Support the preparation of program-level meetings, briefings, and conference summaries for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and aligned communication.
- Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving complex problems in program management.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in program management.
- Proven experience with Navy and DoD processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a diverse team of military, civilian, and contractor personnel toward a common objective.
- Ability to quickly comprehend and translate technical information for various audiences.
- Proficiency in managing cost, schedule, and performance for a large-scale program.
- Expertise using Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word and MS PowerPoint, for creating executive-level briefings and documents.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively lead and manage Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Working Group meetings.
- Active Secret security clearance with eligibility for Top Secret security clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Navy and NAVWAR system installation practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or a DAWIA equivalent certification desired by not required.
- Experience in a Navy program office, including budget formulation, program planning, acquisition documentation development, task execution monitoring, and risk mitigation.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
