Overview
A Lead Shuttle is responsible for leading through positive influence, supporting, and supervising bus drivers and other transportation employees, as well as assisting airline management requiring assistance. Participate in training staff, monitor data and information to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.

- Supervise daily operations (rover and monitor the operation, respond to questions and concerns)
- Conducting Daily Safety Audits
- Driving a Safety Culture
- Monitor rest breaks and lunch breaks. Fill in as necessary.
- Monitor employee clock in/out.
- Manage training and support programs
- Manage attendance reports.
- Ensure communication during shift changes.
- Approve day trades.
- Approve leave requests.
- Participate in disciplinary actions.
- Act as liaison with customer representatives.
- Update all bus maintenance and vehicles inspections
- Must be able to assist with evaluations, incidents and accident reports
- Must be able to assist with drivers training.
- Must be flexible and dependable with all shifts.
Qualifications
Qualifications
License / Certificates: Valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement required
Experience:
• Previous experience preferred.
Overall:
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Hologram
