Overview
The Sanitation Site Manager is responsible for overseeing sanitation processes and managing team members within the manufacturing facility. With a strong emphasis on safety, this individual must ensure that all equipment and surfaces in their area are maintained in compliance with FDA/USDA regulations. Site Manager is accountable for the overall tracking and verification of new associates training and delivering ongoing performance feedback to direct reports. This position requires a seasoned Sanitation Leader who is adept at leading a team of associates towards the achievement of shared objectives.
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
