职责概述：
控制油缸产品质量，支持新产品质量控制和问题解决，管理测量系统，UT探伤，协调自动化检验项目
工作职责：
1、 使用合适的量检具和各种精密测量工具检查、分析、检验零部件、装配件、扳金件、夹具等的质量
2、参与分析和诊断内部质量问题或外部客户关于产品或零件的质量投诉
3、支持NPI检验过程，设计特殊的检验模板或者量检具，根据需要设定和编制复杂的精密测量设备的程序
4、使用统计质量控制工具，通过分析数据来识别产品质量问题的根本原因并建议问题纠正措施， 问题来源包括工厂内部问题和外部客户投诉反馈的问题
5、实施测量系统分析，如必要调整、维修或者改造量检具和测量设备
6、完成主管指定的其它任务
任职要求：
1、为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神
2、大专学历，机械或者电气专业
3、擅长机械图纸，了解尺寸公差和相应测量方法
4、擅长操作普通量检具，如卡钳，千分尺，高度仪，空气量仪等
5、熟悉CMM/PMM操作
6、熟悉ISO9001或者TS16949，熟悉CAT质量标准和系统
7、擅长质量控制和统计分析工具
8、具备良好的计算机操作能力, 包括MS office办公软件
9、至少5年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验
