The Boeing Company - The Boeing Defense Services (BDS) U.S. Navy Finance team is seeking a Lead Business Unit Integrator – Financial Analysis to support the P-8 Poseidon Program in Tukwila, Washington.
This role serves as a Lead Business Unit Integrator for coordinating key program finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and business operations activities across multiple contracts. The position supports Long-Range Business Planning (LRBP), Estimates at Complete (EAC), financial forecasting, cost performance analysis, and program financial reporting.
You will partner closely with program management, engineering, contracts, pricing, and business operations leadership to provide actionable financial insights, strengthen program execution, and ensure strong financial performance across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings strong program finance, defense contracting, forecasting, and cost management experience along with the ability to communicate financial insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Position Responsibilities:
Serves as a Lead Business Unit Integrator for multiple P-8 program contracts, coordinating financial planning and analysis activities across stakeholders
Leads development and management of Estimates at Complete (EAC) including risk and opportunity analysis, cost performance trends, and variance analysis
Develops and maintains the Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP) and supports monthly program financial forecasting and FP&A processes
Analyzes program financial performance including revenue, cost, margin, and profit & loss (P&L) drivers
Partners with program management, engineering, supply chain, contracts, and pricing teams to support program execution and financial strategy
Provides financial support for new business campaigns, proposals, pricing strategies, and sole-source pursuits
Supports executive reviews, Integrated Program Reviews (IPR), financial performance reporting, and leadership briefings
Drives continuous improvement in program financial processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial controls
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
3+ years of experience in Financial Operations and/or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
3+ years of experience working with the financial EAC process, LRBP & Forecast process, budget baseline process, control account EAC process, and Cost Schedule Planning & Reporting (CSPR)
Experience in building strong business relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, program finance, or business operations
Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) programs or government contracts
Experience in Long-Range Business Planning (LRBP), Estimates at Complete (EAC), Earned Value Management (EVMS), or cost performance analysis
Experience in estimating, contracts, pricing, or proposal development
Experience in leading financial analysis for complex programs or projects
Experience in strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in translating complex financial data into actionable insights for program leadership

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $122,400 – $165,600
