Develop, implement, and maintain program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies

Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by directors and program leadership teams to drive program success

Review and influence quarterly estimate at completion (EAC) activities with Control Account Managers (CAM), Finance and the cross-functional team, including risk and opportunity management
-
Ensure timely and effective IPDS gate process compliance and support proposal and startup activities
-
Expected to support domestic travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

Experience with program and/or project management
-
Experience with Risk and Opportunity management
-
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Patriot Product Line (PPL) Team and/or Missile product line

Knowledge and understanding of factory operations and workflow

Program Management level 5 certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within a year

Understanding of various contract types including domestic, direct commercial sales (DCS), foreign military sales (FMS), cost-plus, firm fixed price (FFP), fixed price incentive firm (FPIF), and how to execute within a mixed product line

Experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking to cost and schedule

This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
