Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Greensboro, North Carolina Battery Plant Manufacturing Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst – Changepoint Management.
The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate change points, including Engineering Change Instructions (ECIs), Renmemos, and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs). In addition, this person will also be responsible for ordering system maintenance and the coordination of drawing management for Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina (TBMNC).
What you’ll be doing
Facilitating the local NC change point management obeya to monitor and track the implementation and progress of changes
Serving as a liaison between TBMNC and Design for ECRs & Feasibility Studies
Processing & distributing incoming ECIs, RENMEMOs, and other design-issued changes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of changepoints
Creating Bills of Materials
Loading and maintaining ordering systems ie: pBOM (production bill of materials), Parts Master
Supporting additional ad-hoc requests and projects which can include items such as make vs buy, budget and other company initiatives
This role requires an ability to multi-task with many areas with conflicting deadlines and priorities
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and work with many individuals and entities at any given time
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication & visualization skills
Project leadership experience, including reporting out directly to Senior / Executive levels
Technical problem-solving ability
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience using KPIs for goal setting and process management
Added bonus
Battery Manufacturing experience
3 Pillar management / execution experience
Problem solving complete through panel (TBP)
Understanding Toyota planning process, specifications (part drawing), and product development
