Job Description:
We are seeking a Treasury Manager to lead a team and drive effective treasury operations, cash forecasting, bank relationship management, and risk/compliance activities. This role partners with senior stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of treasury professionals, including performance management, coaching, workflow planning, and compliance oversight.
Monitor treasury operations and end-to-end workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls.
Design, implement, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service levels, controls, and operational effectiveness.
Develop cash forecasting models and predict quarterly cash flow and ending balances; communicate insights and risks to stakeholders.
Implement treasury risk management strategies and ensure adherence to relevant policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee cash management processes, including scalable accounting support and reconciliation services.
Manage and optimize relationships with strategic global and regional banks; hold regular discussions on market conditions, capital structure opportunities, innovations, and performance feedback.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, governance, and value creation across treasury operations.
Embed company values and leadership principles into team goals, day-to-day decisions, and stakeholder interactions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Business, Economy, an other related areas.
Significant, hands-on experience in Treasury is required (e.g., cash management, liquidity, forecasting, bank platforms, bank relationship management, or treasury operations).
Spanish & English fluent level are required.
Prior people leadership experience, including performance management and coaching.
Experience with cash forecasting and cash flow analysis.
Knowledge of treasury controls, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.
Experience managing treasury workflows.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
