Serve as the primary point of contact for program integration activities, supporting the SLCM-N Program Director in achieving program objectives

Develop, maintain, and manage program schedules, ensuring alignment across all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and functional organizations

Coordinate program planning and execution efforts across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and other key functions to ensure milestone achievement and risk mitigation

Monitor and report program performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and technical performance, to program leadership and stakeholders
-
Identify and manage program risks and opportunities, driving mitigation strategies and contingency planning in collaboration with IPTLs and functional teams

Support the development and execution of program reviews, including internal and customer-facing meetings, by preparing presentation materials and ensuring follow-up on action items

Facilitate communication and alignment across all program stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining focus on program priorities

Assist in the preparation of program planning documents, including program execution plans, risk management plans, and program directives

Represent the program in internal and external forums as required, serving as a key advocate for program success

This role is onsite in Tucson, AZ and may require occasional travel
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Program management, program integration, or project coordination experience

Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, IMS/IMP, financial forecasts, or similar business processes
Qualifications We Prefer

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization

Experience with defense or aerospace programs involving advanced technologies and strict compliance requirements

Familiarity with Raytheon or similar corporate processes for program management and execution

Program Management or PMP certification

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
