· Perform a variety of administrative tasks including creating menu cards, event signage, note-taking, and maintaining accurate expense reports.
· Manage inventory and restock supplies for catering and office needs.
· Assist with data entry, filing, and processing paperwork to support the catering sales team.
· Coordinate event logistics and support menu planning in collaboration with team members.
· Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos, meeting agendas, and departmental updates.
· Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with appointment coordination for sales managers.
· Operate office technology and software including voicemail systems, printers/scanners, laptops, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Support the creation of presentations and visual materials using tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
