As part of the Organizational Design & Effectiveness Solutions team, The Org Health Programs Lead plays a critical role in enabling our mission—ensuring teams, leaders, and organizations operate with clarity, alignment, and impact.

What you do: working closely with OE Partners, HR, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders, this role translates complex organizational challenges into structured, high-impact programs that can be deployed at scale.
This role is ideal for you if: you combine organizational development expertise, program design capability, and the ability to execute with discipline and rigor, to help organizational perform at their best.
What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic OE programs, including internal capability building, scaled team effectiveness solutions, and transformation or future-of-work initiatives.

Design program architectures, content, tools, and deployment approaches that can be reused and adapted across the enterprise.

Partner with OE Partners and HR leaders to co-design and co-deliver programs where deep business context is required.

Lead pilot programs, incorporate feedback and data insights, and scale successful approaches across the organization.

Measure program impact and outcomes, incorporating insights to continuously improve effectiveness.

Lead and develop a team focused on enablement and delivery of org health solutions.

Contribute to the evolution of RTX’s organizational health strategy and OE practice.

Travel between 15-20%.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.

Experience designing and deploying enterprise or large-scale organizational effectiveness, leadership, or team effectiveness programs, including development of tools, frameworks, and multi-channel learning solutions used across multiple teams or business units

Experience leading end-to-end program lifecycle (needs assessment, design, pilot, deployment, and measurement) for organizational or talent-related initiatives.

Experience in organizational development, organizational design, and/or enterprise talent management & development, including use of structured methodologies and frameworks.
Qualifications We Prefer

Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

Experience formally leading others, with responsibility for program delivery and enablement

Experience using data analytics to measure program performance and impact, and translating insights into program improvements and executive level reporting

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
